My experience with Leona has been a real blessing in my life.
Especially in my healing and awakening journey.
I have been participating in micro-dosing cycles and ceremonial doses on and off for the last year. I have witnessed and felt some incredible shifts in my perceptions of life. Specifically in the areas of sexuality, in relationship to substance use, and in the realm of self love.
Im very grateful for the magic of the frequency held inside this chocolate.
To me the Leona frequency represents truth, integrity, and unconditional love.
And step by step I’ve been able to work and integrate those qualities into my life.

Cliche – is what this may sound like when I say “Words CAN NOT describe” how fortunate I feel to have been connected with Leona. But, really – there are some things that words – in any language – just cannot describe adequately, and that’s how fortunate, blessed, honored, thankful, and joyful I feel to have had the opportunity to have access to Leona.
Like most human adults – I’ve had my fair share of trauma over the years from a variety of experiences in life. 2 things in particular, though – an abusive relationship with my father, and a series of brain surgeries with complications when I was 33 years old. (11 years ago now)
These are things that had stuck with me for a long, long time, and I believe to be very big contributors to my co-morbid Depression / Anxiety / PTSD. I’ve tried SOOO many treatments. All the “normal” stuff in western medicine (SSRI’s, psychotherapy, diet, exercise, hypnotherapy, etc…). None of these really helped me to live an intentional, vibrant, joyful life again. So, I self-medicated with alcohol and cannabis and a variety of different substances. I built walls, I armored my heart, I hid from the world. I wasn’t really LIVING, but merely existing…
Today – I see everything through a different lens, from a different perspective. I no longer feel helpless, or the need to hide from the world. I’m taking steps to live my own life instead of living with the results of other people’s ways of thinking. Seeking my own destiny, and actually able to sit at ease, smile, and enjoy the moment. Or go out, sing, dance and be joyus for the first time in years!
I’d like to share that this isn’t magic. Life isn’t perfect, but I’m doing the integration now, and doing the work I need to to set myself up for the next chapter. All the while, enjoying the process. The magic is already inside us – but some of us need a little help understanding this, and that’s exactly what Leona did for me.
None of this would have been possible had I just gone out and bought some more chemicals off the street to seek another escape or magical cure. That’s not what Leona is about. Not at all. It’s about creating the best medicine available, from the best ingredients, with love and passion – and helping people heal from their trauma and move forward to living a life of purpose. A life that creates a more peaceful, more loving, more joyous world.

I started my micro-dosing journey over a year ago to find a true cure and solution to my depression. I did this at first on my own without a real guide or any structure but when I came across Leona I was very intrigued. I felt it made the micro-dosing cycle straightforward and easy to navigate; the chocolate bar has squares that help you keep track. I also love the fact that the chocolate is made from ceremonial cacao because I feel like I am connecting with my ancestors and healing generational trauma in a beautiful way. The added Lions Mane & Cordyceps really help my energy. I typically take half a square in the morning on an empty stomach and half a square after lunch and omit on weekends. This is what works for me. The chocolate is beautiful, delicious and a true medicine. I really recommend Leona to all who are ready to heal 🤍

Leona, to me, is a powerful tool to explore my subconscious. I’d say my whole inner dimension. The frequency is magic, with the cerimonial cacao balancing the sacred shroom, adding even more intensity to the experience and opening the heart chakra. You can feel it, ’cause it’s really all about love, gratitude, Truth and forgiveness when it comes to Leona. It’s a really gentle frequency, somehow challenging – depends on what you are working on (but hey, we gotta be ready to really work and explore ourselves). Personally, I have been in a deep process of self healing, it’s a long road sometimes, though too, and this frequency can really help if you are trying to reconnect to your Inner Self. I would say, just listen to your heart and flow with it: answers will come ’cause they already are inside you…Just listen, and trust yourself. Our inner guide never lies, and neither Leona does: pretty amazing creation straight from another cosmic dimension, made with love, spreading blessings all over the place. Just like the song says…”My Love is just a reminder, find your center.”. Yep it’s all about finding the center, and Leona is THE reminder here. Even though you may derail a bit sometimes, just come back to your Truth: It was right there, all the time! I feel gratitude for this experience. Thank you Leona family.
